Wilderness First Aid Class at the Mendocino Woodlands
Dates: March 31 – April 1, 2015 Time: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Class / two lunches: $140
Class Camping Cabin / 5 meals: $240
Fee includes: 16 hours of instruction and basic wilderness first aid certification, good for 2 years.
Wilderness First Aid instruction will be given by Bobbie Foster of Foster Calm. Classes are fun, with lots of handson skills practice. In addition to a half day of outdoor scenario practice of first aid and leadership skills, this class covers: patient assessment, shock and bleeding, head and spinal injuries, wounds, musculoskeletal injuries, heat and cold illnesses, and much more. Gain some good tools and knowledge to handle a wilderness first aid emergency. Class size is limited.
