Sea Kayak Strokes Instruction

LFK's Sea Strokes are 2 hour sea kayak stroke lessons.  These sessions are designed for sea kayakers looking to improve the efficiency of their strokes.  Each session will work on a new stroke and perfect strokes previously learned.  Strokes will include sweep strokes, edged turns, bow and stern rudders, blending strokes, bracing and supporting strokes, c-strokes, draw strokes and even some forward stroke work.  Greenland paddles are welcome.

LFK is offering these special Sea Strokes Classes Friday afternoons from 4-6pm prior to their Art of Sea Kayaking Mendocino Weekend Classes.  It is a great way to warm-up for the weekend classes or for those looking to get out on the water and improve their sea kayak skills.  You can also contact us about booking a private sea strokes lesson.

These classes will be taught at LFK's Headquarters on the Noyo River Estuary.

$30/person (kayakers using their own kayaks and equipment).

$49/person includes kayak and equipment rental
